Black Adam starts shooting lightning at him as Batson starts to run. He looks towards Superman, who is laying in the distance passed out. Black Adam is flying right towards him and tells him that it's a shame that the Wizard gave him powers without showing him how to use them. Batson drops in a force-field bubble to the ground. The third scene picks up right after scene two. Batson runs, and moments later he finds himself hurtling out from the smashed stone monument that Black Adam had crushed in the previous scene. 'In times of need, simply call on me,' he says as the cave collapses around them. As lightning strikes again, the Wizard says it's done. But the Wizard has chosen a new hero… Batson. Adam was to be a protector of humanity but was corrupted by the seven deadly sins and was banished for the next 5000 years. 'Black Adam is my greatest mistake, one for which I will pay my penance,' he explains. 'I know many things, for I am the Wizard, Shazam!' As he says his name, lightning strikes and rocks crumble and fall from above.

'The threat is upon us now, Billy Batson,' he says. In the second clip, Batson finds himself in the classic cave-lair of the Wizard - it looks just like the old-school version from the comics. 'But I sense a vulnerability to magic.' Superman blasts him with his heat vision, which knocks Adam into a stone monument - his impact causes it to fall and land on him. 'Indeed you are my physical match,' says the villain with a distinctly foreign inflection. Batson runs off as Black Adam approaches him. 'Magic,' he grumbles, which got a big laugh from the Comic Con crowd. Black Adam attacks with lightning, which Superman can actually feel. 'I fight for those who can't fight for themselves,' replies the Man of Steel. 'You fight for the Wizard?' says Adam to Supes. Three clips were unveiled from the film… In scene one, Billy Batson is watching while Superman confronts Black Adam. Jerry O'Connell will voice Captain Marvel, George Newbern will be back as the voice of Superman, The Mummy's Arnold Vosloo will play Black Adam, and James Garner will provide the voice of the Wizard Shazam.
